can accommodate up to a 30" wide sign. If you desire a different color post than default (KW-Gray or
White, C21-Black, anyone else-White) note this in 'special instructions' when you place your order.

- Complete Sign Care includes:
- installation of my sign post,
- hanging of your sign,
- hanging your personalized rider (and/or one of my generic riders),
- installation of brochure box (if you do not own any you can rent or purchase them through me),
- removal when needed.
- No storage fee for holding your signs, riders or brochure boxes!
- Service area includes all of Northern Virginia Counties including Arlington, Alexandria, Clarke, Culpeper,
Fairfax, Fauquier, Frederick, Loudoun, Prince William, Rappahannock and Warren.
- If you are currently using another Install Service, you will see these prices blow away the competition.
Not to mention ease-of-use, communication, picture email, 72 hr Guarantee and a $60 (w/box) price (vs.
$68+ cost some other company charges).
- Generic riders are provided and remain the property of VXEnvoy. Generic sign riders include; I'm
Gorgeous Inside, __Bedrooms, Honey stop the car!!, Finished Basement, Lake Front, Neighborhood
Specialist, For Sale, For Rent, Waterfront, Agent/Owner, Fireplace, Special Financing, and many, many
more. If you wish to use a generic rider you must indicate which one in the special instructions. I may
have others, so mention what you would like and I will see if I have it or if I can get it.
- Any and all special instructions need to be detailed in the box on the Paypal payment page, along with
the install address, when you place your order.
- Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- In the five and a half years since this company began, 20% of orders have been installed the same day
the order was placed. 90% have been installed by the next day. 99.99% of orders were installed within
2 days. The 72 Hour Guarantee is that your Sign Post Installation will occur within 72 hours of you
placing the order (regardless of what time of the day or day of the week) or else you will be refunded
the entire amount of the order and the post will still be put up. (this has never been needed)
- Be sure to include as a special instruction if an install should be delayed to a predetermined date.
(obviously not covered by the 72 hr guarantee).
- After installation of the post, I can email you a picture of the installed post for your peace of mind, so you
know that it has been installed. Do to the volume I now process, please send me an email requesting
that you be sent these confirmations and I will see that you do. You will also receive a payment-receipt
email from Paypal.
- All orders are to be processed through the website. No orders can be placed by phone or fax.
- All payments are to be sent through Paypal, no checks or cash.
- If for any reason you make a payment in error and notify me immediately (before install), I can hold a
credit for you to use in the future.
- The payment program of this service sets it apart from other installers. You never have to give NoVa
Install your credit card information. You remain in control of every transaction. You will never receive an
email stating that your card was just charged $20 for 'Extended-Service Fee'. Many of you know exactly
what I'm talking about.
- Sign posts will remain until you instruct me to remove it. Simply send an email to removal@vxenvoy.com
stating the address and if it is sold, wdrwn, or expired and it will be removed within the next few days.
- There is no extra charge for a listing that stays for months and months. Other companies charge an add-
on fee if the post is up longer than a specified time!!
- The above explains why installed posts cannot stay free of charge at inactive listings. A listing must be
active in the MLS for the post to remain. If the listing is to come off the market, the post is to come down.
- For this reason, NoVa Install reserves the right to remove any post at any time.
